You're welcome to come and see us any time we're open, 7:30am to 6:00pm. We'll show you around there and then, or book you in for a proper look. Give us a call and we'll arrange a time that suits you.
No rushing, ever
The settle-in
We settle every child in gently, over two visits, so their very first proper day feels like coming back to somewhere they already know.
Settle visit one
15–30 minutes, togetherYou and your child come in together. We fill out the forms side by side, and your child is welcome to stay and play independently for up to an hour.
Settle visit two
1–2 hours, independentA longer, independent visit so your child grows familiar with their room, their key worker and the other children, all at their own pace.
First day
A confident startBy their official start date your child already knows their key worker, their room and their friends. A settled, happy beginning to their time with us.
During settle visits your child gets to know their key worker, their room and their new friends. We fill in an “all about me” form together, so we have a clear picture of your child from the very start: the most comfortable beginning possible.

Getting your place
What we'll need
A copy of your child's passport and/or birth certificate, a few details about them, a signed parent contract, and a deposit to secure the place.
The parent contract
The contract sets out your childcare agreement with us, including collection, fees and notice periods. Everything clear and in writing from day one.
Session times

We appreciate that work and travel commitments vary, so where appropriate we're happy to be flexible with session and collection times. Just talk to us.
