The website amazinggracenursery.co.uk is run by Amazing Grace Early Years Childcare Ltd ("the nursery", "we"), 63 Whitfield Gardens, Leeds LS10 2QD. We are the "data controller" for the information collected through this site, which means we are responsible for looking after it. You can reach us any time on +44 113 345 4340 or amazinggraceltd@outlook.com.

When you send us an enquiry through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, your child's age group and your message. We use these details for one purpose only: to answer your enquiry and talk to you about a place for your child. We do not use them for marketing and we never sell or share them with anyone else.

Your enquiry is stored in a secure database hosted in London, UK and can only be seen by nursery staff. We also note the network address (IP) a submission comes from for a short time, purely to protect the form from spam. Enquiries are deleted within 12 months of being resolved.

When you register your child, our registration form is provided by Famly, the childcare platform the nursery uses day to day. The details you enter there go directly to Famly on the nursery's behalf and are covered by the Famly privacy policy.

This website is served by Vercel, our hosting provider. Like all web hosts, Vercel keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Browsing this website sets no cookies at all. There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. The only cookie we use is an essential login cookie in the staff-only admin area, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here: there is nothing to consent to.

You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just call or email us using the details above and we will sort it out. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
